We are a leading provider of smart mobility solutions, seeking an innovative Content Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our global sales teams and account managers to identify prime candidates for impactful case studies. They will conduct in-depth customer interviews to uncover comprehensive use cases and operational insights, analyze customer data to extract key metrics demonstrating the ROI of our solution, and craft persuasive narratives highlighting customer challenges, our tailored solutions, and measurable operational improvements.

The role involves developing engaging content, including regular newsletters and targeted email campaigns featuring product updates and new feature announcements, best practices and tips for maximizing solution benefits, industry trends and valuable insights. Additionally, the successful candidate will generate diverse marketing collateral, such as concise one-pagers and comprehensive brochures, compelling website copy, and thought leadership articles positioning our brand as an industry authority.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong writing skills and exceptional command of English language, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Proficient in interpreting and analysing key metrics to extract insights.
  • Prior experience working with B2B products, either in a software or non-software context, is preferred.
  • Strong team player, capable of collaborating across different departments and stakeholders.
  • Meticulous in reviewing and refining content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
