Senior AI Engineering Lead
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineering Lead to drive the development of next-generation software applications. This role will focus on designing and architecting AI-assisted engineering frameworks and automation pipelines for Dell solution platforms. You'll lead teams in developing best practices and governance models for using AI tools, such as code generation, intelligent testing, and automated documentation, in enterprise software development.

As a Senior AI Engineering Lead, you'll have the chance to work with advanced technologies, tools, and software engineering methodologies, collaborating with internal and external partners to shape the future of software development.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and architect AI-assisted engineering frameworks and automation pipelines for Dell solution platforms
* Define best practices and governance models for using AI tools in enterprise software development
* Mentor and coach engineers on advanced AI-assisted development techniques
* Drive technical decision-making for integrating AI-driven workflows into CI/CD pipelines and platform delivery processes
* Collaborate with architects and product teams to ensure AI-enabled engineering aligns with Dell's platform strategy and security standards

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of experience in software engineering or platform development
* Proven experience in architecting and leading large-scale enterprise software projects with strong focus on automation and quality
* Deep expertise in cloud-native environments (OpenShift, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
* Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating LLM-based services into engineering workflows
Desirable Requirements
* Experience implementing AI-driven automation for testing, security, or performance optimization
* Familiarity with Dell solution platforms and enterprise infrastructure
