We are looking for a highly skilled Singapore Accounts Executive to join our team at Regent Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts for multiple entities.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing and managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Assisting in managing the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidiaries
- Recording and managing transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs
- Preparing and ensuring the monthly financial and analytical reports are completed on a timely basis for review (income statement, balance sheet and the cash flow statement)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field and/or other professional certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in similar industry
- Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
