Job Description

The Client Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and patient care at our health screening centers. As a key touchpoint, they serve as ambassadors for our organization, ensuring participants have an outstanding experience during their visit.

This role involves providing high-level customer care to participants, managing their inquiries and appointments with professionalism, and assisting with clinical procedures such as ECG and biometric measurements. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, adhere to MOH requirements, and perform other duties assigned.

Requirements
  • Diploma education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a clinic setting is advantageous
  • Applicants with a background in hospitality are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • Customer-oriented mindset and excellent service skills are required
  • Ability to work 5.5 days per week
