We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi and sashimi dishes, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Job Description:
  • Prepare fresh sushi and sashimi dishes, including nigiri, rolls, sliced sashimi, and shari (basic sushi rice)
  • Work the sushi station efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with ingredient preparation and stock handling as needed
  • Support your colleagues in a team-oriented kitchen environment
  • Leverage opportunities to learn and grow within the company, developing skills and knowledge to advance your career
Requirements:
  • Basic sushi/sashimi preparation skills, including fish filleting, slicing, and shaping nigiri/rolls
  • Proven reliability, humility, and hands-on approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills
