We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Specialist to join our team at MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports and analysis for our international banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis for our international banking clients, including flash and actual performance analysis.
  • Operational Risk Management: Support the management of operational risk and return on risk-weighted assets (RoRWA) computation.
  • MIS Projects: Participate in MIS projects to improve MIS processes and systems.
  • Financial Analysis: Review and coordinate adjustments to MIS numbers and provide financial analysis and advisory services to our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in MIS reporting in international banks or banking audit in large accounting firms or financial services firms.
  • Skills: Excellent financial accounting and product knowledge, working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with Hyperion tools and Essbase, Tableau, SQL.
