Job Title: Senior Full Stack AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack AI Developer to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of new Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies in LTA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create prototypes, proof of concepts, and minimum viable products (MVPs) showcasing new AI capabilities applied to Traffic, Roads, and Operations domain.
  • Establish, set up, and administer the technology stack architecture, including CI/CD pipeline, to allow building and deployment of end-to-end applications.
  • Build end-to-end applications using the complete technology stack, including front-end and back-end components, to deliver user-friendly and performant solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, NLP engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Engage users on a regular basis in an iterative process to fine-tune and add relevant features to the applications to best suit users' needs.
  • Evaluate and propose new technologies adoption to support new challenges, create best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Full stack application development experience on web or desktop application in programming languages such as Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Streamlit.
  • At least 3 years of experience in DevOps tools and practices with Agile software development methodology and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiar with cloud application development, databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle database, MongoDB), and web servers (e.g. Apache) deployment.
  • Good understanding of Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, Conversational AI, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning.
  • Independent and self-motivated contributor and passionate to explore new technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and questioning skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and able to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
