Seamap Pte Ltd specialises in designing, manufacturing and selling offshore electronic systems for the marine seismic industry worldwide. LOCATION: East.
Key Responsibilities include
- Embedded Systems & Software Development : Design and develop embedded systems, alongside software and firmware, for cutting-edge products, focusing on seamless integration of hardware and software functionalities and emphasising innovation and reliability.
- Digital Hardware : Engage in digital hardware design, system architecture, and development on FPGA, SoC, and SoM.
- Software & Firmware : Develop software and firmware for embedded systems, prioritising reliability and ensuring consistent performance across diverse operational scenarios.
- System Integration & Testing : Conduct system integration, debugging, testing, and design verification throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation : Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and production materials.
- Research & Development: Innovate and enhance both new and existing products, leveraging AI capabilities to drive technological advancement.
Proficiency in MCU/MPU/SoC embedded system platform design and programming is required. Experience with Xilinx FPGA technologies and Vivado tools, skills in Verilog or VHDL are also essential. Additionally, a strong background in digital electronic circuit design and PCB/component knowledge is necessary. Deep understanding of microcontrollers, embedded peripherals, and network interfaces is required.
The following technical expertise is necessary:
- Proficiency in software and firmware development in C, C++ with an understanding of AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, high-speed ADC, LVDS, SPI, CAN, I2C, UART, USB interfaces.
- Capable of architecting and implementing embedded software and firmware to high standards.
- Ability to produce meticulous design and production documentation.
Added advantages include experience with Xilinx Zynq, Petalinux, and Altium Designer. Coding skills in Python and C# are also beneficial. Knowledge of GNSS, Radio Telemetry, RF is required. Familiarity with ISO 26262, ISO 13849 standards is necessary. Experience with EMC/EMI requirements is also advantageous. Proficiency with Microchip PIC32, NXP microcontrollers, ARM, Keil, and CCS development tools is required.
Others:Experience with SVN, GIT versioning systems is necessary. A background in the oil and gas offshore seismic industry is desirable.
