About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of talent acquisition and payroll management for our clients.
Your primary focus will be on recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients. You will also be responsible for handling payroll, keying in new join's profile, resignees' details, updating worker's salary package, checking workers' working schedule and OT, preparing headcount balancing, new join & resignee excel sheet, processing payroll, and preparing statutory payment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be proficient in MS Excel and have experience with talent acquisition and payroll management.
