Bakery Sales Floor Team Member

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our bakery team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service by helping customers understand our products, processing orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming and well-organized store environment. You will also be responsible for displaying breads and pastries neatly, replenishing stock as needed, packing products safely for takeaways and deliveries, and taking and processing orders via POS and other platforms.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and be comfortable using POS systems and basic order platforms. You should also be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to ~10 kg).
