The Role

  1. Supervise and guide air conditioning technicians and support staff during installation, repairs, and maintenance operations.
  2. Oversee and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring timely project completion and effective execution of tasks.
  3. Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Collaborate with the project manager to efficiently allocate and manage resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to required standards and specifications.
  • Participate in weekly site meetings to track progress and resolve potential issues.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed in line with technical plans and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and address any technical issues that arise during the installation or maintenance phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in aircon installation & maintenance.
  • Engineering site coordination and managing experience.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
