Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

As a business growth specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing customer accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales and marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales within existing customer accounts to achieve growth targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers through effective communication and presentation skills
  • Responding to customer inquiries and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients
  • Driving the sales and marketing efforts for assigned products or services

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or materials engineering
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor processes
  • Prior experience in equipment sales is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required
  • Relevant experience in sales or marketing is advantageous; strong presentation and communication skills are highly desirable
