Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve equipment performance.
  • Establish and maintain stock levels of essential spare parts and consumables to support equipment maintenance.
  • Manage new equipment start-up to support production, from facilities hookup to acceptance of equipment for production.
  • Develop continuous improvement projects to improve equipment efficiency, cost reduction, and reliability.
  • Forecast financial budgets for equipment expenditures and setup tracking systems to monitor expenditures.
  • Set targets, goals, and projects for the section to minimize wafer scrap, equipment cost per wafer, and optimize equipment capability and utilization.
  • Provide feedback and training to junior engineers on troubleshooting skills, equipment knowledge, decision-making, and risk assessment.
  • Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, and ECN documentation for closure of issues and events.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in diffusion wet equipment.
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
  • Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity with strong leadership attributes to lead and coach a team.
  • Highly committed with good ownership and accountability.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
