Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading, supervising and managing the team involved in plumbing and sanitary installation works and construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract work duration and will be able to ensure timely and smooth progress of operations.

The Project Manager will provide technical support and assist in project planning and coordination on all site activities. They will also liaise with external parties including clients, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and relevant authorities.

Key responsibilities include identifying possible risks to the project and stakeholders and creating contingency plans to mitigate these risks. The Project Manager will also supervise contractor's works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.

A strong knowledge of construction management processes, methods and regulations is essential for this role. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager or in a similar capacity in plumbing and sanitary services is also required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also have a strong analytical mind and be able to problem solve effectively.
