Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our retail team at Changi Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with luxury watches and provide exceptional customer service to both local and international travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with watch selection and provide detailed product knowledge.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise display standards.
  • Handle basic cashiering and stock replenishment duties efficiently.
  • Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in watch retail or similar luxury/lifestyle product sales, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Essential Skills:
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury watches and their features.
  • Sales: Ability to meet sales targets and upsell/cross-sell products.
  • Aftersales: Providing excellent customer service and resolving any post-sales issues.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintaining store displays and ensuring a visually appealing environment.
  • Customer Experience: Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Housekeeping: Maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Inventory: Managing stock levels and replenishing stock as needed.
  • Cashiering: Handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Retail Sales: Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.
