Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at HOWDA ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. This role is responsible for driving business growth through innovative sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Attracting new clients through creative sales approaches and managing the sales process from prospecting to implementation
• Collaborating with senior team members to identify and mitigate risks that may hinder business growth
• Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets to drive business expansion
• Developing and delivering customized pitches and presentations to potential clients
• Fostering a collaborative environment within the company by working closely with colleagues
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Running outbound campaigns to create sales opportunities
• Managing client activities in CRM systems
• Developing and presenting proposals tailored to each client's specific business needs
• Ensuring excellent customer service through regular follow-ups
• Developing rapport with key decision-makers
• Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Excellent market research and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in cold calling and selling
• Knowledge of marketing principles and sales processes
• B2B sales experience
• Customer service skills
• Business development knowledge

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
