Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with head chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu, including seasonal changes and special offerings

• Maintain excellent and consistent level of customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally

• Follow closely on instructions and guidelines set out by Managers

• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations
