Job Title: Audit Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring an in-depth understanding of our clients' businesses and conducting audits based on audit planning.

You will prepare appropriate audit work papers and understand the relationships between objectives of the audit sections, the need for sufficiency of audit evidence, and presentation of conclusions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognised degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year external audit experience in a public accounting firm conducting audits and reviews under PCAOB auditing standards and US GAAS.
  • Experience working directly with SEC Registrants and having PCAOB inspection experience is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, PCAOB auditing standards, SOX 404b requirements and SEC rules.
  • Good understanding of pertinent business and risk management issues and familiarity with relevant regulatory and reporting standards.
  • Excellent communications skills, strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen.
