Logistics plays a vital role in any organization, and as a Logistics Team Lead at our esteemed institution, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations of the Stem Cell Therapy Hub.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will manage lab supplies, procure materials, perform daily warehouse activities such as incoming receiving, material storage, issuing of materials and cycle count of stock. They will also ensure smooth flow of materials, inventory accuracy and completion of all inventory system transactions.

  • Liaise with external suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials/lab supplies
  • Work closely with end users on stock replenishment practices, inventory control and carry out effective inventory management practices e.g., FIFO/FEFO
  • Monitor, track and ensure temperature-sensitive materials are stored and handled in accordance with material handling requirements
  • Coordinate with logistics service providers on delivery/collection materials and finished products
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma in supply chain management, logistics management or equivalent with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations
  • Knowledge in warehouse operation, inventory management and cold chain management
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, Warehouse Management System and Material Management software
