Job Description:
- The Senior Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for driving the success of clients' PPC campaigns, making them their own and delivering exceptional results.
- The role involves overseeing all aspects of clients' paid search efforts, including campaign setup, strategic planning, monitoring, and optimization.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Google Ads management, or 1 year in a digital agency, and hold relevant Google Ads certifications.
- They should be proficient in written and spoken English with strong client management skills, and possess self-initiated, responsible, resourceful, and team-oriented attributes.
- The successful candidate will manage high-profile campaigns for top brands in Singapore and Asia, with exciting global expansion opportunities, while advancing their career with a supportive, growth-oriented company.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize bidding strategies, conversion rates, and calls to action to drive campaign success.
- End-to-End Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of PPC campaigns, ensuring that goals and timelines are met.
- Data Analysis & Tracking: Perform data analysis using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor keyword costs, split testing, landing page effectiveness, and cost per conversion to continually improve campaign outcomes. Provide monthly reports with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, managing emails, calls, and online meetings to provide regular updates on strategy and campaign progress.
- CRM Updates: Regularly update the company CRM system with campaign progress, client communications, and relevant data.
- Collaboration & Best Practices: Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, sharing PPC best practices and advising on client campaign improvements.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and best practices to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Google Ads management or 1 year in a digital agency.
- Relevant Google Ads certifications.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong client management skills.
- Self-initiated, responsible, resourceful, and team-oriented attributes.
