Technical Lead for Integration Architecture

About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the integration architecture of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Your primary focus will be on providing architectural guidance and oversight to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment, to ensure seamless execution.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for fostering relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively, both technically and non-technically, will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to project teams
  • Develop and maintain high-level technical designs and architectures
  • Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices
  • Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams
  • Capture and document knowledge and lessons learned
Requirements:
  • MuleSoft developer and architect certified
  • 10+ years of experience with integration tools such as middleware, ESB, ETL/MDM, API Gateway
  • Proven delivery track record on medium/large digital transformation programs
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnosis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
