Executive Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, hospitality management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily housekeeping activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices and procedures.
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the property, including rooms, public spaces, and behind-the-scenes areas.
  • Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and leading by example.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Certification in infection control or a related field.
  • Experience with quality assurance and compliance.
