Job Title: Machine Learning Tech Lead

Our organization seeks an accomplished Machine Learning Engineer to assume leadership of our CCR & VOC algorithm team and steer the technical development direction.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in machine learning technologies, understanding of cutting-edge AI technologies, and familiarity with big data frameworks and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume leadership of the CCR & VOC algorithm team and drive technical development direction
  • Optimize algorithms within the CCR domain and explore Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance accuracy and business applicability
  • Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure accuracy and stability of CCR metrics
  • Remain updated on the latest technological advancements and drive the application of new technologies
