Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the assessment of component features for measurement on Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment and develop CMM programs.

  • Prepare setup plans and provide guidance to inspectors on CMM measurement methods.
  • Conduct CMM Measurement System Analysis studies in line with internal requirements.
  • Perform CMM inspections of components and prepare related documentation.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Inspectors to troubleshoot and interpret CMM measurement results.
  • Work with Engineering teams to document measurements and prepare technical reports.
  • Support the introduction of new processes, products, and inspection capabilities.
  • Provide input on the design of tooling, fixtures, and inspection gauges for new and existing products.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives for CMM inspection processes.
  • Support digitization and technology integration projects in collaboration with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and research institutes.
