Job Summary

This Industrial Site Supervisor role requires an individual who can provide site leadership for EHS programs and sustainability efforts, driving a focus on quality and implementing best practices across the global production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment, strong consulting skills, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a multi-year plant investment plan and encouraging and developing the production team for greater performance.

Responsibilities:
- Provide site leadership for EHS programs and sustainability efforts
- Drive a focus on quality and implement best practices across the global production team
- Develop and execute a multi-year plant investment plan
- Encourage and develop the production team for greater performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, preferably chemical engineering
- Demonstrated ability in a production environment with proven experience leading a team
- Experience working with independent standards organizations and certification programs such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Strong consulting skills, including the ability to influence and empower leaders and employees through collaborative engagement and building/maintaining relationships
