Clinical Psychologist Position in China Square Central Region

Cotyledon Therapy Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the China Square Central Region. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based therapies to help clients manage and improve their behavioral and mental health.
This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that incorporate a range of evidence-based therapies.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in clinical psychology.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
- Certified or licensed as a Clinical Psychologist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles, child development, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs.
