Network Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our global network infrastructure, working closely with service owners, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of dark fiber network procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management, as well as advanced financial modeling skills. They will be responsible for developing business cases, ROI analysis, and long-term infrastructure investment plans, and will work closely with finance partners to ensure alignment with budget goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop network infrastructure plans for approval by internal customers and stakeholders.
- Identify vendors and develop commercial solutions that solve for dark fiber and other network infrastructure capacity.
- Negotiate key vendor contracts from a business and technical perspective in partnership with legal teams.
- Manage contract lifecycle and negotiate renewals to optimize costs and maintain compliant vendor relationships.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in India's telecommunications sector, with demonstrated expertise in dark fiber network procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
- Proven international experience in at least one telecom market outside India, with understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
- Substantial experience in either network planning, implementation, or NOC management at an ISP, telecom operator, or OTT company, demonstrating ability to oversee complex network architectures.
