Senior Business Development Manager

Spectrum Audio Visual PTE. LTD. is a leading provider of audio visual solutions for the hospitality and education sectors.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales performance targets and maintaining good client relations in a project-based environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- B2B sales with a focus on generating new opportunities and closing deals.
- Negotiating pricing with partners to ensure bids are competitive.
- Working closely with renowned partners such as Bosch, Yamaha, Biamp, Extron, Crestron, Bose, Martin Audio, QSC, Poly, Logitech, and Microsoft to propose solutions that meet customer needs.
- Presenting and submitting weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or Audio Visual is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a proven track record.
- Experience in pro sound solutions for large venues and customised solutions sales environment.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in sales management and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
