Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate. This role involves managing day-to-day store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating and managing the retail store
  • Promoting and demonstrating products to customers
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing product information
  • Managing the POS system, payments, and cash handling
  • Overseeing in-store inventory and conducting regular stock checks
  • Coordinating with the back-end office on sales matters
  • Addressing customer feedback and providing excellent after-sales service
  • Maintaining accurate daily sales records

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of retail experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Passion for sales and customer engagement
  • Self-motivation and drive to grow in a retail career
  • Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
