Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned audit professional to lead our internal audit function, enhancing our organization's risk management and governance framework.

About the Role:

  • Lead and conduct strategic audits across financial, operational, IT, and compliance areas.
  • Develop audit strategies, define scope, and oversee risk-based audit planning.
  • Manage the full audit cycle: execute testing, identify control gaps, propose improvements, and follow-up on remediation.
  • Prepare clear, actionable audit reports for senior management and the Board.
  • Track audit findings and follow-up actions to ensure timely closure.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA, CIA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
  • 5+ years of internal audit experience, including exposure to financial services, regulated industries, or regional operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of audit methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Audit software proficiency (e.g., ACL, IDEA).
  • COSO framework understanding.

  • Audit methodology and framework expertise.
  • Financial analysis and modeling skills.
  • Communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CAIA, CFA).
