Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings, applicable codes, and project schedules.
  • Work closely with draftsmen and sub-contractors to design, supervise, and install mechanical installations, including testing and commissioning.
  • Provide supervision and input on site projects regarding logistics, installation, safety, sub-contractors, quality, cost control, and reporting.
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing corporate construction policies.
  • Oversee effective project management to ensure timely delivery and minimal wastage.
  • Liaise with internal departments, government authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor project progress and deliver projects to expected safety and quality objectives.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a related field, preferably with a Diploma in Engineering.
  2. High level of initiative, independence, meticulousness, and ability to meet tight timelines.
  3. Good command of English and computer literacy.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of AutoCad, Revit, Microstation, and Primavera software is an advantage.
