About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Haircraft Professional to join our team at ONE DREAM BEAUTY SALON PTE. LTD.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their ideal haircut and hairstyle, providing personalized recommendations and services.
• Utilize advanced haircutting techniques, including precision trims, layering, and texturizing to achieve desired looks.
• Expertly perform various haircoloring methods, such as highlights, ombre, and balayage, to enhance natural beauty.
• Masterfully style hair using blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos to meet client demands.
• Rigorously stay updated on the latest salon products and ongoing hair styling trends to offer exceptional advice and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Haircutting and styling for both men and women.
• Color treatments, including highlights, lowlights, and color corrections.
• Balayage and ombre services for added dimension and texture.
• Blow drying and curling techniques for sleek and stylish looks.
• Upselling and recommending suitable salon products to enhance client experiences.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal education in cosmetology preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hairstyling, preferably in a high-end salon environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with modern hairstyling trends and techniques, with a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is around SGD $35,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
