Expert Civil Engineering Project Leader

Job Overview:

A seasoned project manager is required to oversee the successful delivery of complex civil engineering projects. With a strong background in project management and team leadership, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and control project activities to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality results.
  • Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Building, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 8 years in a senior project management role.
  • Strong track record in project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
