Logistics Supervisor for High-Tech Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to lead our daily warehouse operations, manage logistics coordination, and oversee a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in the High-Tech industry.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations Oversight: Supervise, lead, and support day-to-day warehouse activities, including team performance and productivity to ensure efficient workflows
- End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Manage all warehousing and distribution functions, including inventory control, WMS, inbound and outbound logistics, delivery scheduling, and execution
- Team Management and Development: Provide necessary training and development to warehouse personnel to uphold service quality and operational standards
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with EHS, ISO Quality, and Security protocols and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in the High-Tech / Logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain industry
- Experience and proficiency in requirements management, project management, and solution definition
- Solid organization and multi-tasking skills and good at providing business solutions
