Job Description**Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement lessons that align with the Starbeam Framework
- Create engaging learning environments that foster curiosity and exploration
- Nurture trusting and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Customise classroom management strategies to meet the needs of individual children
- Document and assess children's learning and development to inform future planning and teaching
- Collaborate with families to promote consistency in care and learning between the Centre and home
- Cultivate partnerships with families and the wider community
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching)/ Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education or its equivalent
- Certified by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) as an L2 teacher
- Fluent in English Language (spoken and written)
- IT savvy
