As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing research projects related to chronic disease management and psychosocial rehabilitation.
The successful candidate will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals in medicine and psychological sciences to develop and test the efficacy of a holistic health coaching program for individuals at high risk of cardiovascular disease. Key responsibilities include project management and coordination, liaison with community collaborators, curriculum development, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination and Implementation: Manage logistics, scheduling coaching sessions, ensuring smooth operations, and acting as liaison with community partners.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Support data collection to assess program impact, manage data analysis, and engage in transcription where necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of program activities, prepare progress reports, and provide presentations for stakeholders.
This role requires strong experience in mixed-methods research, proficiency in MS Office, SPSS, NVivo, and Qualtrics. A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields, along with professional training in health and wellness coaching, is essential. Fluency in English and Mandarin is also required.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. If you are passionate about making a difference in healthcare and have excellent communication skills, please submit your application.
