About the Role

We are seeking a skilled visual content creator to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content that showcases our brand's aesthetic and resonates with our target audience.

  • You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and branding teams to understand our creative direction and goals, and bring exciting campaign ideas to life.
  • Brainstorm and create script and shoot scroll-stopping content for multimedia needs, blending brand aesthetics with viral trends and conversion.
  • Edit raw footage into compelling videos, adding subtitles, ensuring they connect with each regional audience while staying culturally relevant.
  • D deliver high-quality, polished videos that meet our brand standards and wow our audience.
  • Share fresh ideas and contribute to shaping our video strategy and elevating our content.
  • Manage video assets efficiently and maintain a smooth post-production workflow.
  • Analyze video performance data and fine-tune your content strategy to keep engagement levels soaring.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2-3 years of video editing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or e-commerce short videos.
  • Strong knowledge of camera operations, equipment, and lighting setups, with the ability to support content and live streaming teams when needed.
  • Expertise in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Familiarity with TikTok / IG Reels / Shopee trends and what makes them convert.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English to create localized content.
  • The ability to work fast and deliver high-quality, engaging videos under tight deadlines.
