Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Therapist with a strong background in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to join our team. As an Aesthetic Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering TCM-based aesthetic treatments and services to clients, conducting consultations to assess suitability for various TCM aesthetic procedures, and providing recommendations on appropriate TCM therapies and aftercare based on customers' conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality TCM-based aesthetic treatments and services to clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess suitability for various TCM aesthetic procedures, taking into account individual client needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized recommendations on appropriate TCM therapies and aftercare, educating clients on the benefits and potential outcomes of each treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client treatments, progress, and feedback, using this information to inform future treatment plans and improve overall service quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support marketing initiatives, promoting our services through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development, attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay current with the latest advancements in TCM and aesthetic treatments.

Requirements

  • Educational background in clinical fields such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Nursing, or Tuina.
  • Proven experience in TCM-based aesthetic treatments, with a strong understanding of relevant theories, principles, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
