Senior Chinese Language Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Chinese Language Educator to join our team in Singapore.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute teaching strategies aligned with school requirements, ensuring effective class management and student engagement.
  • Create engaging learning materials, assign homework, assess student progress, and complete administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Evaluate student performance, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies for enhancement.
  • Stay updated on the latest educational syllabus, incorporating new knowledge into teaching materials and methodologies.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings to share best practices and stay informed about school developments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors or management.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and passion for teaching.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Hold a Diploma in Chinese Language Teaching, Chinese Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Previous experience in education centres or schools is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Able to commit to both weekend schedules and work independently as part of a team.
  • Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be prioritized.
