About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Financial Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, be proficient in financial software, and possess excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and debt collection.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.

  • Generate aging reports and monitor outstanding balances to ensure timely collections and payments.

Requirements:
