As a key player in the semiconductor industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing intercompany planning from plant to plant, subcontractor, and distribution center.

You will also oversee urgency shipment validation & execution, handle discrepancies management, coordinate with warehouse and logistics service providers, and manage freight settlement including invoice validation, accruals, and KPIs.

Additionally, you will manage and review service delivery performance and KPIs with 3rd party logistics providers, prepare daily/monthly KPI reports, conduct site service/material inventory audits, handle RFQ/tender processes, and participate in projects related to transportation logistics.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in logistics or a related field, with a minimum of ITE or diploma holders. Preferably, you should have at least 1 year of experience in transportation logistics, freight forwarding, or related fields for diploma holders; at least 3 years for ITE graduates.

You should also possess knowledge of SAP system, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, project management experience and skills, a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong personality.

Able to work on shifts (Mon – Fri 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM, Tues - Sat 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM), you will be provided with guidance and in-house training to help you excel in your role.
