Bakery Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist in the production of high-quality baked goods, learn new skills, and contribute to the success of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Baking and Production:
    • Assist in the production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
    • Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure all products meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
    • Taste and inspect products to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Kitchen Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations.
  • Teamwork:
    • Work collaboratively with other bakery staff to ensure efficient production and minimize delays.
    • Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a bakery or related role is an advantage, but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
