Lead AI Visionary

We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader to head our team of AI engineers.

  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, motivate and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to exploring AI and R&D initiatives.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
    • Establish clear goals and performance metrics to drive team success and innovation.
  • Centralized Data and Tools
    • Develop a centralized data repository for future usage in AI/ML solutions.
    • Coordinate with involved parties to integrate or build tools for Virtuos employees worldwide.
    • Guide R&D on Machine Learning specifics when bringing new solutions to production projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with senior management on building a roadmap for AI innovation.
    • Develop strong connections with Key Users in studios, ensuring alignment between strategic directions and local realities.
    • Facilitate effective communication between artists, technical artists, and project teams.
  • AI Development and Integration
    • Evaluate the applicability of AI advancements to our production pipelines.
    • Develop and implement a strategic vision for AI integration, aligning with company goals and industry trends.
    • Integrate AI technologies into art & game processes, improving efficiency, quality and creative possibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with AI technologies in a professional setting.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in product management or other business-focused roles.
  • Strategic thinking and creativity, with ability to identify new opportunities for AI integration.
