Job Title: Vacuum Pump Specialist

Field Service Engineers are responsible for the startup, installation, and commissioning of vacuum pumps, blowers, and other business-related products under our company. They ensure smooth operation at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Startup and Commissioning: Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • On-Site Repair and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
  • Customer Training: Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of vacuum pumps, blowers, and related products.
  • Product Information Management: Collect and manage product information, including model numbers and accessory lists.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to sales teams and support import customs declaration processes.
  • Factory Connection and Support: Establish relationships with factories to streamline product service processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Analyze customer complaints, provide judgment opinions, and participate in regular quality meetings to drive improvement.
  • Customer Information Management: Manage customer data and establish a maintenance system.
  • Maintenance Document Editing: Create, organize, and maintain maintenance and servicing documents.
  • Regional Work Reports: Submit regular reports and collaborate with teams to resolve product quality issues and claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Relevant majors in mechanical and electrical engineering, or equivalent, and a college degree or above.
  • Work Experience: Over 1 year of after-sales service experience in the mechanical industry, with prior experience in vacuum pump/blower and air compressor maintenance being preferred.
  • Skillset: Strong practical skills, independent working abilities, good communication skills, and adaptability to stressful environments are essential.
