Job Title: Senior Supervisor

Integrated Precast Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Supervisor to join our team. As a Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site facilities, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute site facilities such as temporary access, hoarding works, and site office.
  • Carry out short-term planning to meet site progress and ensure that sub-contractors' works meet client and regulatory requirements.
  • Delegate work to general workers and assign them duties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Procure materials and ensure proper storage, controlling issuance of materials to sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate activities on site between different trades, resolving any problems that may arise.
  • Report any technical or design site problems to the Project Engineer for follow-up action.
  • Monitor and control direct labour costs, ensuring that all expenses are within budget.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead subordinates to achieve project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cohesively with peers and sub-contractors.
  • Ability to manage changes with ease and maintain good rapport with clients and consultants.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance by all workers.
