Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to support the company's operations. This includes transporting executives, staff, and materials between job sites, meetings, and other locations as required.

The company driver will play a critical role in ensuring timely arrivals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Transportation Services:
  • Safely transport company personnel and materials to various locations, including construction sites, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure timely arrivals for all assigned trips, planning routes effectively to avoid traffic delays.
Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Perform routine checks on the company vehicle, including monitoring fuel, oil, and tire conditions, ensuring it is always in good working order.
  • Schedule and maintain regular servicing and repairs of the vehicle as needed with the vehicle vendor.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle log details, including mileage and fuel consumption via the KOAS Driver App.
  • Report any accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicle immediately to authorized personnel.
Adherence to Regulations:
  • Comply with all transportation regulations and safety standards, including adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
Requirements
  1. Valid Class 3 Driving License: A valid Class 3 driving license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record is essential for this position.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a company driver, preferably within a corporate or construction environment, is required.
  3. Knowledge: Knowledge of Singapore traffic regulations and safe driving practices is necessary.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude are required to provide excellent service to company personnel.
Benefits
  1. A Basic Monthly Salary: A basic monthly salary of $1,720 with overtime rates is provided.
  2. Allowances: Monthly transportation and handphone allowances are up to $470.
Other Requirements

This position may involve occasional physical work, including loading and unloading materials. Possibility of working outside regular hours as needed for project requirements.
