Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Research Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance NdFeB sintered magnets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform experimental work in synthesizing and characterizing NdFeB sintered magnets for R&D projects.
  • Conduct product test, validation and analysis services for sintered magnet mass production.
  • Travel occasionally to our manufacturing sites in Europe and Asia.
  • Record and document all experimental formulations, procedures, and test results for preparing research reports, patent applications, customer supports, or other activities required by the company.
  • Demonstrate competence in the use of all relevant test, analytical and processing equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace.
  • Conduct other work as required in Materials and Magnetics Laboratories.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in Materials Science and Engineering or Physics, with course work or thesis in permanent magnetic materials (preferred in NdFeB sintered magnets).
  • 0-5 years of work experience, preferably in magnetic materials related fields.
  • Ability to analyze and work through technical and/or scientific problems.
  • Hands-on person, like working in a lab setting.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (in English).
  • Highly motivated, team player.
