Key Account Sales Development Manager

Common applications include precision-handling, assembly, inspection, and other domains.
Main products include the Eureka Controller, which enables end-customers and third-party System Integrators to develop sophisticated robotics and vision applications quickly and easily.
About the RoleWe seek an accomplished Key Account Sales Development Manager to accelerate and grow sales by developing new business opportunities in Singapore, and enabling partners to deliver results. You will work closely with senior management at Eureka Robotics and report directly to the CEO.
You will be responsible for working with partners and customers to build and nurture relationships and drive business growth in Factory automation and precision manufacturing across industries such as Electronics, Optics, Automotive, Aerospace, etc. where high agility and precision are desired. This role also involves exploring opportunities in new application and industry areas where our key technologies are a direct fit, such as Logistics.
The ideal candidate is identified as an individual with a proven track record in sales and business development of high-tech B2B products, and comes with a strong domain understanding and a well-connected network. He/She would be highly motivated and a self-starter and able to deep-dive into technology and business aspects.
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective strategies
- Manage key accounts, including account planning, forecasting, sales, and attainment of company sales goals and business objectives
- Drive business metrics for expansion and customer satisfaction
- Lead pre-sales activities for enterprise accounts, building sales pipelines, and pitching proposals for technology integration solutions
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and lead negotiations with partners/customers
- Collaborate with the Applications team to assess and build desired solutions to address customer needs and successful delivery of solutions
- Establish and execute partner and customer enablement programs to drive optimal usage and best practices for our products and solutions
- Work closely with the Product team to build and lead the pitch for product value proposition to customers
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development of high-tech products
- Demonstrated ability to engage and nurture executive-level relationships
- Experience preparing and driving techno-commercial proposals and account plans
- Strong knowledge and experience in Factory Automation / Precision Manufacturing / Automation domain
