Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented administrator to join our team. As a Music Academy Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our academy, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and enquiries, and handling all correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Enrolling new students and arranging teacher schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assisting the Centre Manager with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our common areas.
  • Managing petty cash and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collecting assessment fees and term fees from students, and issuing receipts as needed.
  • Receiving applications for assessments or term fees, and processing them accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or related certification in administration or a related field.
