Job Opportunity:

  • Design and develop electrical services for various projects, including building and infrastructure developments, from tender to detailed design stages.
  • Prepare contract documentation, authority submissions, and attend site meetings to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Conduct hands-on electrical services design for medium to large-scale projects and operate as an electrical services designer role.
  • Review and prepare specifications, contractor shop drawings, and alternative design proposals.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary designers to resolve design development issues.
  • Maintain technical excellence in the Electrical Practice by contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support delivery of projects and ensure timely and within-budget completion of technical deliverables.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering/building services/construction industry.
  • Proficiency in BIM (Revit) skills, ETAP, VipCoda, ProDesign, Dialux, or willingness to learn computer modelling techniques/tools.
  • Working towards professional or chartered engineering status.
  • Understanding of local regulatory and code requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
